Aldus Huxley the great author of Brave New World, he said the secret of genius is to carry the spirit of childhood into adulthood. Another brilliant writer and poet and philosopher, Jimmy Buffett--we got some Parrotheads, yeah--Jimmy Buffett territories. He's made a career out of this philosophy, right?
He's got a song on growing older but not up. And his famous line, if we couldn't laugh we would all go insane.
But I think it was George Burns who said it best. George Burns said you don't stop laughing because you grow old, you grow old because you stop laughing. Course he'd dead, so you've gotta take that with a grain of salt, don't cha?
